Returns and Exchanges

You can return the product only if the product was damaged during shipping or otherwise did not meet the quality regulation. Also, if you purchased the product on the spot, without additional adjustments by the seamstress.
You can return the purchased product within 5 days from the delivery date.
Write to us via messages, the return request and the reason, we will review it within 1 working day of the request. Please make sure that your items are returned new, unused and with all LÁMIKOS tags on the clothes.
Refunds and exchanges will be made only after we have received and reviewed the purchased item.
For a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. This includes the original packaging and the bag it came in.
Please note that original and return shipping are non-refundable for returns and exchanges.
Send the product to the same LP express post office address that was indicated on the sent package. (Or if it was sent by other means, then to the same address)

GOODS ARE NON-RETURNABLE if:

  • When the purchased product met all the parameters in our size chart.
  • When the product corresponded to your chosen height category, which you independently selected when shopping, on our website.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MENTION that all products are sewn individually, within 2-5 days of receiving your shopping request, according to your chosen desired color, model and height category. All our clothes are carefully hand-sewn, so they correspond to our size chart, which you can find on the website by clicking on "Size Chart" on the left side.

ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER SIZE IF THE GARMENT IS NOT FIT, in which case we encourage you to contact us. Message us with your return request and reason, we will review within 1 business day of your request.
